After graduating in Mechanical Engineering and then receiving his M.B.A, Nathan moved to Nashville in 2004 where he has spent the past 16years in commercial real estate development. This experience enables him to apply his critical eye and engineering knowledge to assess the viability of individual real estate opportunities and identify long-term trends.  In addition to developing single-family communities in Middle Tennessee, Nathan has been active in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood since 2014 pioneering the path for more than $380m worth of new development in that neighborhood alone.
